If the North teams are consistently recruiting players from the South then maybe they are winning because they have great talent not because they are great coaches. Great coaches can win with less talented players. People need to focus on what is being taught and how the players are developing, both individually and collectively as a group instead of who is winning more to determine whether or not the coaching is great.
I have to agree with you. As previously mentioned in a reply the good players are pursued and recruited by the teams in the North.
This coach has had to take over teams which he didn't develop. Some of these teams were ranked at the bottom of D2 when he took over and now they are in D1. That says something.
He has had great players come out of his squads that have gone to play in the U17 World Cup and that have played or are playing rofessional in Mexico.
I think his test now is keeping his younger teams and developing them from the beginning. That will show what he is capable of. By the looks of it now he is doing a great job. Give him a couple of years with these squads and then you can bash.
Let's not make it personal. You sound like a parent who's son was cut by him.
