OK, this is getting really boring. In an attempt to have some fun and get things going, who are your favorite and least favorite posters?

Go is a worty contender, but IMO Aswan gets the nod. Imagine if I could understand 1/2 of what he writes.

Oh god please don't say that, he will think we like hearing how NTX soccer needs to change over and over.mcdribble wrote:slidetackle wrote:OK, this is getting really boring. In an attempt to have some fun and get things going, who are your favorite and least favorite posters?

I am going with plantit or aswan, but giving a boo to the 2 boneheads for the lame post. Besides, we don't need to change anything. I love how the US just took it to the Dutch

I would like to thank my role models and mentors. Abul Khalid and Musafa Abdilina, two of the most success hijackers in modern times. Also, I apologize for the boorish demagoguery on soccer development. Note that I have let the 03 thread dedicated to recognition of successful competive U7 teams return to its previous vibrancy… after being advised the “somebody” was offering unsolicited advice. I don’t know who this somebody is, but he sounds like a real prick. I say we form a posse, hunt him down and kill him. Who’s with me? On the other hand…. I am forced to recognize that the system is such that, though we create threads for a specific intended purpose, we then immediately lose control over them. Their purpose is not clearly understood by others, and they are subject to outside influences over which we have no control. They veer in odd directions, develop aberrant tendencies, and often are unpleasant. Some end very poorly. Most, however, develop in a creative way. Often, in retrospect, their unpredictability ends up comprising most of their charm-otherwise they would turn out just as boring as we are. So when one creates a thread it is best to just bless it and let it go.

My vote for the worst - FB4. Haven't seen much of him lately but there is no worse poster.

FB4 has some remarkable demotivational skills, always full of (himself...and...) friendly uplifting messages.
I second (third) Aswan - always entertaining - need to find your field marshaling post on TM (I was accidentally on it yesterday - but didn't stay for more than 3 seconds).
What happened to Gita..No?

Yes and1. What ever happened to that guy. Now he used to bring the fire to the boards. It was often incomprehensible, chaotic, at times angry, racial, an completely over the top. Aw man that was some good stuff, added a little extra spice to the board soup. Maybe he got some therapy, changed his SN, and is chillin over here. Or lurking like a shark giving us a false sense of security, just waiting to pounce and BAM it's over.

and1 - I had forgotten about him, his rant that started with the German kid was classic -he's the reason I switched over thinking he wouldn't find his way over here.
Aswan is also very amusing.
