How many teams are eligible for Regionals? Aren't there several teams representing North Texas due to Premier League standings and the winner of State Cup?

FCD is in Regionals already due to winning Premiere League (tied with Solar but had the first tiebreaker). Winner of State Cup will also go to Regionals. Except that if FCD wins State Cup also then somebody else gets a Regionals slot as well. Just not sure if its 2nd place in State Cup or 2nd Place in Premiere League. Anyone know?
Yes, FCD has had some recent struggles, with a 5-2 loss to Tejanos and a 1-1 tie with a charged up TFC. We will see this weekend.

I am pretty sure this is the girls year to bring 2 from Premier League. So the boys just bring one. So the winner of Premier League goes and the State Cup winner goes. If the Premier League winner wins their State Cup then it goes down the list to the next team who is not a State Cup winner. So in some cases it could go to the 4th place Premier League team. If the top three happen to be from North Texas, South Texas and Oklahoma and all win their State Cup titles. Finishing second in State Cup does not get you in. For the 96's if Solar and FCD make it to the finals then Solar is an automatic to go to Regionals win or lose.
