6 of those are in the challenge games--Triumph, Comets Red, United 99, Liverpool, Dallas Texans Tarrant and DFW Tejanos. I think those are right. That leaves 17 teams. How do the brackets work out with 17 teams?

Fairly standard for the Texans. Took the first tournament and now back to the lab or some good ol down home Brazillian cooking . Very interested to see what this team will come back as after the "special one" has his time to work on the "Kraft extra de queijos" formula. Mmmm tasty.

I thought I remembered them disappearing after Memorial Day. Its been many years so it might have been State Cup. Probably taking the weekend to scope out players.

it's always the first major tournament. Step in kick a little ass to send a message and then back to the lab. Wish some other teams were this smart

Solar Red is going to do Soccerfest in Grapevine the weekend before Memorial Day instead.

Lol. No message. I do like that the texans go off the grid to focus on their style of play. Speaking of, I am hearing Andro buzz and kids coming or preparing to come out. Strong team and a couple of skilled pickups could put up for a challenge with the special one. Coffers overflowing with gold boubloons, new fields of dreams on the way, buzz attracting a new crop of IT kids. Is Andro the team of the future. Should I get my seat on the bandwagon early or is Andro the BFS that I had heard of?

    I love BUZZ.

I'm all about future, but the answer to your question is not an easy one. Andro has put themselves in a good position for sure, that happens when someone donates $4 million, but with as dynamic as the big 4 seem to be, I wouldn't place any bets just yet, and I'm a gambling man. But I suggest you reserve a seat, cause things are getting interesting to say the least.

Who knows, At the rate FCD seems to screw things up I may be looking for new bus seats too (and you guys have beer). I do hope andro can make a big push and make it the big 3 (texans, fcd, andro?). Wheels fell of the solar bus a while back and the last bastion of solar greatness fell in the State cup. The Chelsea farce isn't going to stem the tide especially with an invigorated andro on the scene. Life jackets anyone?

Go, who is going to be coaching the FCD teams? I am suprised the Texans didn't enter their 99 Red team. It looks like both the Texans South teams are entered.

The game at Sevilla was by far the best sporting venue I have ever been to regardless of sport, period! Watching a live game in a setting like that is simply not describable and I recommend to everyone to attend with their bb at least once. I plan on taking my bb to a game soon, because watching the game live like that you see things that simply don't carry over to tv. I just watched part of the game on tivo, and it doesn't seem like the same game. Watching the Barcelona players move without the ball and the chemistry between the players is simply amazing. And that's just the game, the fanaticism of the fans (sold out 50,000) and the energy in the air is electrifying. And then there's MESSI, holy guacamole!!!!!!!!!! I will try to post a pic or two on here shortly.
I was lucky enough to go watch Federer play at the Madrid Open on Tuesday, and in comparison, it was like watching a regular season baseball game.

D1 will be Jose Pino and the premier team. D2 will be gold (stays same with a few player pickups), south stays the same, Central will get Arias (will field a very strong team and make a push for D1) D3 red will stay the same and FCD black and Mr Mckinney Pocock. Both will field strong D3 teams and I predict 1 will move up.
    Calling it early
Start on season End of season
    D1 1 2
    D2 3 3
    D3 2 1
that all depends on the clubs ability to manage the kids and coaches. I am already hearing uncomfortable grumblings from coaches that could collapse the whole house of cards. Not gonna put it out there yet but I've go my eyes on people

You are the luckiest guy on the blog, dude! Did we get a glimpse of you in the stands?

It's a totally different game than what is played on this continent! The speed, touches, looks and finishes. Great that you attended such a high scoring game. Lots of shots. Messi is an alien!!

Here are the highlights for us less fortunates, who can only watch a You Tube edit.

Don't hate on Messi! We don't call it offsides, we call it strategic anticipation. I've said it before, he is an artist at lining up against defenders. He positions toe to heal with opponents, then busts his moves!

Strong predictions. Will any of the changes be in place by the Tourney? Very interesting to see how everything looks after the remix. Why not move Rhino to the top and let him develop available talent?

Rhino has a bigger job inside the club. The club is also starting to look very south american from a coaches standpoint. Pino, figo, feretti, figo, molina, pareja. Comon boys let's get that south american flavor into the playing style. Looks like Josema and marcio would fit right in . The waters warm, beer is cold, and there is plenty of hunt sports group money to go around. I'm sure some will be in place but I doubt it will be entirely in place until after the open period.
