SuperCopa NTX Teams

Post by skillzski on 6/6/2015, 9:18 am

Looks like many of the NTX teams showed well the first day in all age divisions despite being hot and muggy. The water and milk supply in all other states must be loaded as it seems we are overall under indexing in size, but not power or heart.

At the start I was walking around looking at other teams and thinking "I wonder how the u13 div is going". Then realized there those are u12s. Gulp.

Funny! I looked for them also - on the fields and in the results - good luck N13

Yep, it looks like the Dallas teams are doing well:
U9 - Andromeda Haylock, Solar Castro, and FC Dallas Premier all advanced to gold quarterfinals
U10 - FC Dallas Premier Red, Dallas Texans Dallas in Gold. Solar Castro in bronze.
U11 - Solar Red and Solar Farley in Gold
U12 - Solar Castro and Odyssey looking good to advance to Gold too.

So who do you have to blow around here to get on the one good field? Cause clearly somebody knows. Very Happy

3 games of insano kickball on aerated concrete pitch has me ready to cry.

Maybe it was a lottery draw? Like FIFA World Cup brackets -

If there was a lottery draw somebody felt for the frozen envelope.

At UTD. Not to be an ingrate, glad they have a tourney but the 7-10 fields are very difficult to play on. Aerated plugs and balls rolls/bounces like concrete.

Agree N13 as we played those State Cup last year and they were a mess. Play a straight pass on the ground is not possible. Bouncy ball and not pretty. Does not favor technical teams.
