Not the Rev/FCD team! Clementin Oancea will coach that one.

rev/fcd let go of jb because they said he was trying to take the team to another club. the decision for rev to go to fcd was made at the top without any input from jb, which they were in their full right to do, but jb had a "handshake" agreement with co that this team would remain his. co backed out of his word and fired him so that the team couldn't talk to jb about any other options. perfect example of how in ntx competetive soccer business comes before friendship, honesty and the best interest of the kids.
all things aside, best of luck to the boys on this team going forward because many are ex-wizards. i have no doubt that they will be coached very well by co because he is a very good coach, but pleasantries end there.

agree go99, shame on jb for taking a man's word and thinking that any club would actually act differently and do what's right vs. selling out for a little chump change.
regarding the two choices whoswe is saying rev had.... bull crap! rev could have let him finish the season and ended the relationship amicably. there was one game left in the season and nothing was going to change between those last two games. all that was accomploshised by doing it that way was to kill a friendship and show the true colors to everyone out there of the rev club. if he wanted to he could make a run at the 75%, but he chooses not to for the sake of not tearing the team up any further and making it difficult on his grandson who is still on this team.
oh and btw whoswe say that jb chose not to attend the coaches meeting, that's a bunch of bs as well. he was not invited to that meeting on purpose, and if whoswe is within the rev club he/she know that. whoswe is says that jb was trying to take the team to wizards, but fails to mention that rev people started talking to ex-wizards players on the team behind jb's back about how the team would be better off without him and better off with fcd before he was let go.
all this time rev preached on how different they were from the big clubs and would function with an independent feel, but when it came down to it, they were just words.
whoswe knows damn well that if it wasn't for jb and the wizards boys he brought over rev would have never had a d1 team to begin with. the talented 98's rev had would have ended up playing with other teams in classic or in arlington select like their other boys teams rev puts together (with the exception of oc other older classic team).
what rev did was well within their rights and within ntx rules, but it was down right dirty from a personal stadpoint and they know it.
nice way to repay him.... hope oc and the others sleep well at night and feel proud of themselves, but knowing what they are about now i bet they do.
and to think that there were even conversations at one point about wiz joining rev and bringing our 99's, 00's & 01's that are classic bound. let's see now when rev can put together a classic level boys team.
i will end again by saying best of luck to all the boys on this team, ex-wizards and original revs. all of these boys are great kids and have something really special going. hope they continue do well and really develop under oc. who as a coach, i think very highly of.
sorry to say that i don't feel the same way about rev as a club now.

I guess there is no need to bounce back and forth on this, but i do know that the intentions from the beginning were to take this team back to wizards.
All Wizard players are no longer with the Rev club they are all at Pumas. So let's not pretend like this wasn't premeditated.
Good luck to all the kids where ever they land.
