Also from the Classic League Rules (Revised 8/12/15), In Section VI. Classic League Play (on page 16 of 30):

I. Game Report Requirements. The manager of both teams must report the score
of the game on the same day after the conclusion of the game.
The official
standings will be maintained by the Age Division Commissioner. The referee will
provide a Classic League Game Report for each game and the referee will be
responsible for turning it in to the Classic League official.

Part of the problem is that sometimes people accidentally put in the wrong game numbers, so it will post the score somewhere else.  They think they have posted the score, but the score doesn't show up where it needs to be.  It is a good idea to also log into the CL website and check to make sure that your score actually posted to the correct game.

I must admit, that Sunday morning I am checking scores to see who did what and it is like missing the corner piece to a good puzzle all the scores aren't there, but it isn't the end of the world.

I text our manager about an hour after the game "Did you post the score yet?", even though I can tell on the website if she has or not.  Just like to keep her on her toes. lol!
