    Number 11 may drop out of the Top 50 next year. Not sure the Red Bulls have that much in their marketing budget. Or maybe they do?

    lol sombody beat me too it. No american soccer players on that list and very few football players I believe.

    There are plenty of (American) football players who are pulling bigger numbers than on this world soccer list.

    Interesting to me that the first Man U player only comes in at 18.
    And Barcelona is definitely PAYING for what they have.

    Think again, those are yearly salary number not a 5yr contract number. It should also be minus any bonus numbers or percentage of the transfer fee.
