Are these brackets accurate for the 99s? Why would there be a D1 team in the silver bracket?

    1. Mistake on the part of the tournament committee.
    2. Using tournament as a confidence builder. (Ummm... does that really were in this case?)
    3. Trophy hunting. (Do you really "hunt" this kind of trophy? Hell, if they were in the Super Group of this tournament, would it really matter?

    I'll go with #1 above.

Why do they have 3 of thier own teams in one bracket is it so one of thier teams makes it to finals u16.

Looks like it. Solar will mop up this tournament.

The teams in the 95B brackets were done by seeding without regard to which club they were from. I coach one of the TLSC teams and am not overly thrilled about having to play our other two teams in the preliminary round but that's the way it goes. The avg GotSoccer ranking in the Solar group is 17.25 and the TLSC group is 16.75 so that's about as even as it gets, couldve been different though if you ask me.

Everyone has a chance and this year with the academy dimension, you never know. I have no idea about Solar-Blue but Solar-Dallas returned a majority of their players. Don't rely too much on the rankings. I still say the D-1 team will win.

ASG West kept a majority of their players as well. Look for them to have a good year and a chance in this tournament.

Solar White who got promoted from D2 disbanded, Solar kept the bye and gave it to Solar Gold.

Not sure, but rumor has it that the Gold team only heard a day before signing that they will play D1. They took whatever they had and added a few kids but none of the white boys

Does anyone know where to check in for the Texas Summer Classic? Website says Fairview. The tournament documents says Craig Ranch. Does anyone know for sure?

A large portion of that team (if not all), were out of Tarrant County. If memory serves me, Solar Gold is out of McKinney. At least one of the SW kids moved to SR and other kids to other teams once they learned that their coach was leaving. SW tried to field a team, it just didn't work out.
