No one in the PLD is playing for second place. They are all playing for first place, one gold division first place and one silver division first place. Your team/club chose to sit this one out. Don't come on here and suggest that everyone is playing second fiddle to Gall's team. If you wanted to be considered as "first place" then you should have signed up for the tournament. What a load of . . . !! Your "opinion" is irrelevant in this regard and you should keep it to yourself if you are not playing.

Wow, you people are so sensitive. If we are all keeping our opinions to ourselves, why need this forum. I don't even have a dog in this hunt nor I am a DT. How I came to this conclusion was because I observed some of the top 00 teams playing in the past. My objective is to get you guys all pissy was succeeded. Whether you like it or not, I think DT Gall 00 team is still the best. If you don't like it, prove it.

You're right about having your own opinion and being able to express it on here.... It's also ok to have people with opposing views.

You're saying prove it, but unfortunately the only teams this Classic Fall season that may have a shot at proving it will be Wizards & Tigres. Outside of those two teams, I don't think any other team will be able to beat them.

TFC Wells, FCD Premier, Bandits, and Solar Partain who have a chance of beating them won't play them till the Spring.

I personally think you'll change your mind after they play Wizards in week 4....

Seems to me that SoccerNutz is using a dirty trick -post something obnoxious about a particular club that you truly have no affiliation with, but make people think that you do. They'll go crazy with hate while Nutz gets to sit back and laugh.

I'd be willing to bet that he has nothing to do with the Gall 00 team.

Let me know how your son plays this weekend in the 99 division Texan Friendlies you robot! I must pay $3500/yr, and pay more to play against myself every wknd, because this is the only way to do it kind of thinking. I also like how your tried to throw us all off by saying that you have no dog in the hunt, we were all thrown off by that. Its alomst weird then if you have no dog but get on a board and tell everyone how great an 11yr old team is..Dude that is weird!

He has to say that whatthe because HN also controls them off the field to the extend that they are not allowed to come on here and post their opinions while they are associated with the club.

HN laid down that edict a couple of years ago... Robot.... how funny!!

D TEXANS is a good team but in QT their competition was lame they had a broken up FC DALLAS TEAM FIGO COMETS who tied against Storm and ASG fc who did not win their bracket scored 4-0 against comets . That being said any team that won their bracket would of ran the points like FC DALLAS east , Wizards FC DALLAS P. , BANDITS , so you are only as good as your competition GO DALLAS TEXANS WE KILLED IN QT NOT!!! geek

How would you explain what they did in the tournament in Oklahoma against the '99 boys.

They won one, tied one and lost one. Do you want more of an explanation?

Honestly, no dirty trick at all. There is no hidden agenda on my post. I just admired the way they play and how their team works the ball. If you don't like what I think, too bad. I still think by season's end, they will win the Classic League title and State Cup.

Gread job soccer nutz, you hijacked a thread related to the labor day tournament, in which the team that you cream over isn't even playing in. I am glad your ego and that of Gall's followers is fulfilled, in the meantime, go watch the Texans friendlies, and see if anyone needs there ego or there privates stroked...the parents on this thread are looking forward to some good soccer this weekend!

Wow !!!!!!!!! No need for me to say anything else other than good luck to all of your boys. There is no need for that type of hatre at all. But if you have to do it, please spell correctly.

Aside from Dallas Cup, this tournament is the top one annually in NTX. How good can the competition be in the Texans club's scrimmages when there are only 1 or 2 top teams in each age division? They could schedule THAT tournament any time unless HN has other reasons for not wanting his teams to play against the top clubs in a weekend tournament.

Lol, I knew I would get a reply from you nut! Btw, it appears that you have issues with spelling too!! Unless hatre is a word?? I will see if I can use it in scrabble or words with friends, however you will not be invited to play with me, my dad told me not to play with Texans fans!! Anyway, I a just having a little fun. I haven't seen Gall's team play, but I am looking forward to it. I will make sure to bring my needle though, to pop the massive ego balloon that follows the team around!!Smile)

Sorry. The answer is NO. However, I am a making a motion.

Henceforth, this 00 board about the Plano Labor Day tournament is no longer acknowledging any further discussion of the Dallas Texans "friendlies" or anything else that isn't related to the PLANO LABOR DAY tournament. All such off-topic comments will be summarily ignored by everyone on the 00 Plano Labor Day Schedules Posted Thread or any other thread that is started regarding the Plano Labor Day tournament, its scores, the games, etc.

I need someone to second my motion.

Also, I am going to be so nice as to create a separate thread for the Dallas Texans and HN and Gall and everyone to talk about their "friendlies" in private. And we all promise not to get on that thread and bother them.

"Private" meaning "intended for or restricted to the use of a particular person, group or class"

    Not "private" meaning "not public"

    http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/private

Thus, private = elsewhere on the forum without annoying the rest of us on this thread with a discussion of Dallas Texans "Friendlies"

You can find them on the Texan's site. Here is a direct link.

The Texans sure have a lot of teams! Are the "friendlies" only open to Texan teams or do other teams sometimes get invited? Are any Texan teams playing in other tournaments? Or are they not allowed?

Looks like Indys knowledge of teams ability is not exactly spot on, his earlier post indicated that the Tejanos were considerably behind Fc East in all areas, I think some people on this board think they have all these teams figured out, I am pleased to see teams who are touted as being so great, get defeated:)

To be honest, FCD East dominated the game today. Could have easily been 6 or 7 to zip at half. It was just one of those days where the ball flew a foot wide of the goal too many times and the Tejanos capitalized on a couple of mental mistakes towards the end of the game. Congrats to DFW Tejanos... not a big deal for FCD East and those who saw the game. East will however have to learn how to finish their actacks and captialize when needed the same thing will happen again.

If you score more points than Liverpool scores, you might be able to win . . . they have the same weakness many teams have, if you have more points than they do when the whistle ends the game, they tend to lose.
