FC Premier 04 Boys/OPOKU Team Looking to Add quality Players

Champion coach of the 03 boys NTX State Cup, Alex Opoku, looking to add quality and committed players for his 04 boys competitive classic D2 team. Open practice is being held at Watters Creek or Suncreek park in Allen Texas( please call for exact location) on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday at 10 a.m. This team finished very strong last season and won first place in Adidas Premier in Memphis Tennessee and made it to semifinals in the Ken Smith Memorial Day tournament. This post is shamefully misleading. What does his 03 team have to do with his 04 team? Any parent thinking about this club should run for the hills and don't look back. Everything this club does is completely shady, always has been and always will be.

Leon, Guest players are not allowed in State Cup it is the same roster as league play. Chronic, I do not see that the post is misleading at all, the post is stating the resume of the coach which should be a concern of anyone who is thinking of joining a team as it is for all sports.

Soccer12345, im glad you proved my point about your club and its shady practices. Really you just made an account today to respond to a couple of negative posts? Just because your older team has had a little success does not mean your younger team will, just because of the coach. The real question Leon needs to ask is not about guest players but how many players have foreign birth certificates and are probably 1 to 2 years older than what their paperwork says.

So lets see if I got this straight, coaches for the big clubs who are successful are allowed to use that success/resume to get good players for their other teams, but a smaller club coach who is successful can't do that? Because its misleading? And then you, CHRONIC LLAMA, accuse him of cheating on top of that? Gee I wonder why that gets thrown around, hmmm. Hope to see you guys in a tournament or league play at some point. Of course you know who WE are, but you could be any club.

Ok lets talk about facts. Your club has been caught not once but twice using illegal players. What's that saying once a cheater always a cheater? I guess it says something about you and anyone who can condone that type of behavior. As for other coaches riding the coattails from one team to the other I don't agree with it, each team should have its own merits.

So I am not a soccer guy, but let me ask you this, when Urban Meyer won at Florida, did that not have any influence on players when he went to Ohio State? Pat Riley in LA than the Heat? Augie Garrido at CSF than UT? As for your cheater reference, its funny the kid I am pretty sure you are referring to was apparently not such an issue when one of the "big" clubs signed him away. I guess the BC was valid after all.

Really you want to compare hall of fame coaches to your kids u13 youth soccer team coach? Im sure the bc is valid but is the age correct? No way in hell. I never questioned if the bc was real or Hodor. Im sure its real from a country that has no clue officially when someone is born. If a club/coach knowingly recruits from that part of the world because of overaged kids, than yes you are a cheater.
