Until HN can find a buyer that's not only interested in the club, but also the Ross Stewart facility, he has to continuously increase cash flow to support his model. Every year, things get more and more expensive. All good stuff as long as growth is positive.

How much longer until the Ross Stewart lease is up? That's when the only buyer in the market will make the move. By then, tho, FCD may not need to make that move. They've become the 800 pound gorilla in the area.

I don't know FB4. I still believe there will be room for independent clubs in the market, when the time comes. US soccer has economies of scale and not every player will survive the franchise cut.

That day is still a long way off, though. Unless, of course the club extends its reach into the local associations...

Already happening, DT is running academy in a partnership with NFWASA, a large rec association on the NW side of Fort Worth.

Interesting factoid that I did not know, the owner of the property is the City of Farmers Branch. Texans have a 20 year lease expiring in 2027.

Where is all that logic coming from ? What's that story about cash flow, positive growth ? Is that just a copy/paste from an article about the US treasury ? In what way does all that apply to the Texans ?
