    Can someone help me understand the visa issues these kids are facing. I'm not very familiar with visa issues generally, and then I see that the visa issue plays a prominent role in this story as well as the Connor Doyle story.

    ok. What country? Their VISA requirements are all different, but I think FIFA requires all minors to have residency VISA's in the country they play in and a parent that also has residency from what I understand. You must start now if you are beginning a January contract. It will take at least that long.
