DI STAR FC.

I have heard great things about Coach Bassam. One would hope he would take his time to chat with the parents so that they can understand the frustration of the other team's parents.

One mouthy Mom in particular. She never stopped - pure class, that one. I finally had to walk to the flag and sit.

FYI - Most of their parents were very polite, apologized and moved.

If the coach is a decent person, then I would email him and nicely explain the situation.  I wouldn't tell him what he needs to do to correct the situation.  (Nobody likes to be told what to do.)  If he is trying to run a respectable team, then he will address this with his parents this week.  Having said that, I found this information from their website.

Bassam H.Jarjoura (BJ)
(469) 446-6658
bj@dinterstars.com

If this doesn't go well, you could also reach out to the president of the club

Reynaldo H. Lopez

Can we get the players benches labeled “Home” and “Away”? That way the parents can set accordingly. I get there early and stand mid field so I can go one way or another. But when the family comes along and I pop a tent like everyone else does on a hot sunny day, it makes it hard to move.

Can the leagues come up with a standard? Something like home on the left visitor on the right. I will even go stencil the benches myself.
