so far my predictions for D3 are coming true! i said that the division was up for grabs for all teams! I was thinking United would be the favorite but after taking 2 losses in a row threw that out and back to my original thinking! now Liverpool is the only unbeaten team left but with 3 draws still not a clear favorite either?

good thing point diff only comes into play for tiebreakers so wins and losses is the bottom line!

Omega, I agree with you that the bottom line is wins and losses. However, if the teams remain this tight the tie breakers will come into play at the end of the spring. That is why I decided to throw in the current goal differential.

Anyone know the score of the Comets vs. Solar Blue game?

The game next weekend between Solar Blue and Gunners may be the one that determines the best of the bottom dwellers. Is the Gunner experiment nearing its end? As one of our bbs was about to shoot a penalty today, heard their coach yell "He's gonna shank it high" or something close to that. Trying to intimidate an 11 year old.......sounded like desperation to me.

they will do well in D2 next year! and for the record was never impressed by the Gunners especially now with those super ugly uni's!

Red Card was issued to Wizard player

This could have been prevented if the ref would have given him a yellow for the incident he committed before the Red. If the yellow would have been given before, he would not have done a Safety Tackle on the midfielder he took out which got him the Red. Good player, but bad attitude. He flopped 3 times during the game and never had to leave the field once, even after a 3 minute delay. The refs are getting worse day by day.

Oh no...we can't criticize the referees. We can't complain. We can't voice opinion. We can't say anything to them. They, they are the perfection of youth soccer. They make calls. They make money in spite of those calls. They don't affect the outcome of a game. That is, unless they don't make an obvious call, or make a call that is inconsistent with the rest of the game. Or if they forget the laws of the game...but yet, they are the only "professionals" out there, and we should treat them as such. So please don't tell them they are getting worse, for they may take that personal, and we'd never want to separate personal opinions from the professional opinions. Even though we understand that being a good person doesn't make a good referee. And the fact that being a bad referee doesn't make a bad person...just an idiot ref (but I didn't say that).
