Though they lost a hard fought game 2-0 to Solar Stricker, they giving us all we could handle on Sunday. LP Rush looks really good right now! They are capable of winning their last 3 games & if they do, they'll probably keep their D1 spot. Then if they can stay together & play like they did last week, they will be a touch team to deal with. Keep your heads up young men, you are much better than your record indicates.

It's a shame the decision was made to field a team of 9 on Saturday and send the club pass/ECNL players to San Diego. Guess the LP higher ups don't feel like the CL D1 bye is all that important. Dragon Nation, I agree with you, these guys were playing better. Maybe they will have a complete (including ECNL players) team for the final stretch of games.

Liverpool have essentially operated a pool of players across ECNL, CL D1 and CL D2. The result has been a lot of losses. The ECNL team 7th of 8 in the TX conference and the CL teams bottom of D1 and D2.

Liverpool was keen for ECNL as they were shut out of DA. It has not been an easy transition and they will need to stop the downward spiral. The last year must have been tough on the players and families with the added demands of travel. I wonder how many will want to stay for next season.
