Andro's coach is teaching a system of discipline and ball control, and they are begininning to see the benefits. I said it at the begining of the season, when he gets them playing the way he wants they will be the most dangerous team around.

Why would they be the "most dangerous team around"? Every team seems to have gone up and down this season.

They have a group of very talented players that were successful last season despite playing in what looked like a pretty loose system. Their new coach is implementing a new system that is based on ball-control, and I think that takes some time for players to adjust to if they have not been taught some of those tactics before. Once they all get on board with this style of play, I think they will be tough to beat. It sounds like their new system was really clicking on Saturday, hence my comments.

Any other thoughts or explanations out there for that lop-sided result over a top ranked team?

I think you hit the nail on the head with your assessment. I will preface my comments by stating that I did not watch the entire game from beginning to end, but from what I did see I saw a disciplined AR soccer team vs a group of individually talented players on DTS. Let’s put it this way 4 of the teams that are currently placed in positions 5-10 at least scored 1 goal against AR. DTS either had a very bad day or there should be concerns on that team. Word on the street is that there are several players that have either quit, or are currently looking to jump ship. Hope they can pull it together soon, lots of talent on that team so it depends on how they recover from this past week’s loss.
