Yes, they lost 4 to 3 to Andromeda
Also in D3, Tornados beat United 2 to 1
Those two results move Andromeda into 2nd place.

Andromeda has the best possesion and ball movement soccer in D3!!! in the end I think the battle for top 2 will come down to Andromeda,Tornados and United now I do want to add that FCD Reds 3 to 4 practices a week and back to back tournaments has got them playing alot better also they moved the ball around alot better than I remember and just dismantled the DTRS squad 4-0 who was coming off of a win by taking it to Ntx 4-1 last sunday and barley losing to Liverpool 1-0 the day before!DadofDefense wrote:josweir55 wrote:Anyone know how the d3 strikers did yesterday?

Ah! told you solar would take some points this week-end. May not be over they are going to play the comets today.. Ok after that fabulous tie against the gunners I would say solar red wins over DTS. let's put it 2-1 solar.
Do you think the conditions (terrible wind and very average fields) are affecting the games a lot ? It would be nice if the wind can stop blowing a bit...

I would say the wind is a big factor. I think it makes for an ugly game and many times gives the underdoga better chance. Is the solar blue game today with the comets a battle for d1/d2 status? I think the Titans are going to end up falling.

I agree with you about the wind, Gababa. I think that CAN have a big affect on the games. Some teams can't go into the wind well, others can't go with the wind well. I don't think the condition of the fields is having nearly the affect that the wind is having.

Nap very long feeling so good ready to breath fire again. Maybe gababa try hibernation from board, make reading not so painful. If insist on talking and talking, maybe tell us about bb no scoring so much. Does Texan coach not know you can't ask Frenchy to shoot anything, only cause confusion. Maybe need to defend but that also a contranym.
Speak of Gall team, scoring coming from unusual suspects, the guard change from top to bottom?
DTS coach only one that make Gunner coach looking good. Finally gababa say something correct and today Solar Red add to the mighty fall of DTS.
And to round out, Andromeda problems affect team play, parents need to hire Billy Mack, CEO took the money and run........

Not sure what Club is referring to but certainly it can't be todays game. I thought it was a good game for the most part and the Gunners are just as aggressive as Andro. We had that game won 2-0 and our coach starting messing around, came back to bite us. Kudos to the Gunners though for sticking with it and making the come-back, we deserved it today.
