One loss to Frisco Wakeland is the only problem so far this year.

Saw the playoff game against a great Wakeland Team. Turner played a great first half, shuting out Wakeland in the second half. Strong Mid-Fields and that's where the game was played. The second goal came on a corner kick, GK got punch the ball out to the other side, but got caught in traffic and could not defend the backdoor side for the second goal.

They are a physical team, they should get into the regional finals, then it's anyone's game.

Wakeland played an awesome game but came out on the short end. This was a championship type game.

The Turner game was a fun as it gets, both as coach and spectator. You gotta love how many people were there for a 3rd round soccer match, it equaled and perhaps passed the amount at our state final last year.

The Turner team was a class act both times we played them this year. We won the Little Elm tournament final against them in a shootout, then the loss on Thursday. Both games could have gone either way, but Thursday Turner definitely had our number. It was great to see there school behind them and I know it meant the world to the team. Coach Huston should be commended for being there so long and continuing to work to make that program what it is. I know this, repeating is brutal and I sure did sleep good Thursday night! You never like to lose, but all the pressure that came with what we did at Wakeland these past two years sure got tough in the end.
