My info tells me that it is US Club soccer, not USSF, and that it will be "pre-Academy" just like in the NorthEast. It will be age pure, or calenderized, but ONLY one year at a time, unlike DA which is two years. In other words, the U14 US Club soccer pre-academy teams will be born on or after Jan. 1, 1998 - just like 98 ODP.

If this is correct, this will completely change current 98 AND 99 CL teams.
