Looks like there are a few factors to consider. What's your predictions?

    10th spot is wide-open.

Tigres get in with a win OR a tie and Toros not winning

Toros get in with a win and Tigres not winning

Andro white get in with a win and Toros not winning.

So, only Tigres control their own destiny. IMO, they are the best of the three and I think they'll make it.

On this forum they have been described with attributes like "scrappy" and "kick-balling" team.

From what I've seen it should be more like "skilled" and "good passing" team.

Tigres controlled most of the game last weekend. They were just not able to hit the target while Andro did twice and two goals. In any case all three teams are good teams IMO.

So the Tigres v. Andro / Torros v. ASG games have some meaning for the last spot in D1 (for Tigres, Andro White, and Torros).

Do they really want that last spot is the question though (Be the potential whipping boys of D1, or one of the top teams in D2).

Being D1 attracts talent. Looks like people are already looking, and plan to change if their team does not stay D1.

Potential whipping boys? All three of these teams have the potential to be competitors in the division. They can put up a fight with any other team and are not to be underestimated.

I have to agree, these teams won't be whipping boys of D1, they belong in the hunt. There is a lot of parity in this 00 group, most teams are just one or two players away, or just having to gel and get into a system that they understand. I hope the teams that don't make D1, don't get down or frustrated, as they are on the doorstep of the next level.

Of course they want it! Especially when you are talking about Tigres and Toros. Both are Hispanic based teams out of East Dallas area. The team that makes D1 has the advantage in the recruiting of players from that area. If either of these teams pull 1 or 2 impact players from the other they will be very competitive in D1 next year.

As far as Andromeda White is concerned, ML will probably be able to recruit some more talent over, which will push some talent down to Andro White. These players are more likely to stay with Andromeda White if they are in D1.

More of a rhetorical question than a real question (no question mark above). Just wondering if it will do more harm than good for the team (whichever one it is) if they end up not winning but 1-2 games next year.

A resounding yes. Teams have no idea what happens to morale, development, etc, when they are losing most games and playing mostly defense. It's not a fun place to be and certainly makes it harder for a team to stay together after a year like that. I don't envy any team that ends up taking that last spot.
