What formation does your boys team use? MY BB's team uses a 4-4-2 whcih seems to be common at this age. What about all these other teams???

The coach that locks you in to a "formation" for every match should be let go. Formations don't develope or win matches, players do.

We play the 4-4-3. we find having an extra player on the field helps us move the ball better and win more matches. Laughing

ok, let me say it a different way. The formation we use most often is a 4-4-2, you will see 4-3-3 from time to time but it's rare. The coach will make changes as needed thorughout the game but our base is the 4-4-2.
