This ready built prime property equals more players, more teams bottom line more $$$. Now the Texans will have the ablilty to recruit players from North/Northeast area.
FCD (and Andro) were the only two clubs with these type and size of prime time facilities to train,have SDL games and tournaments, but now the Texans will change all that in the Northeast area. Still TFC, Solar and Liverpool will stay in the hunt.

That's what I like about independent and small clubs; Irving Elite, McKinney United, and others. These clubs don't have the resources of the big bad clubs, but they still manage to complete and beat the big names clubs and coaches. It's like Don King
says "ONLY IN AMERICA".

Solar and TFC use primarily church-owned land, in addition to some city fields. While Liverpool does have some practice locations acquired through these means, the owner of Liverpool also owns all three Blue Sky facilities, thereby giving Liverpool teams indoor and outdoor options in 3 different cities, making them the only club of the three with their "own fields." The merger with Club Classic last year also netted them the Plano Y fields, but these are in use also under a longterm contract with the owner of that land, not owned by Liverpool.
