    98 Pre-Academy

    Post  Fabiano9 on Sat Jun 18, 2011 9:01 pm

A few weeks ago someone mentioned that the FCD 98 Pre-Academy team did not look that strong.
I had a chance to get out and see them on Thursday and they looked incredible.
A mixture of the top FCD & Andro players and sprinkled with some other very good D1 players, this is one of the best teams
I've seen in a while. Looked like Gentile's going to be coaching them.

How are the other PA temas looking?

I am sure he was just out watching some other/random TEMAS and happened to be able to evaluate the quality of said tema...
Probably an ex-soccer coach.... Very Happy

    Not FC Dallas.
I just know good soccer when I see it.

A few weeks ago there were no pre-academy teams.
There was no fcd pre-academy practice this past Thursday.
Gentile is not coaching the fcd pre-academy team.

Keep up the good work and suspect posts Fabio.

there are almost no fcd players on the 98 pre academy. Many of the top players suspiciously did not make the final roster. That being said I am sure Hayden will do a great job with what he has chosen.

Fabs, you are correct in that you know good soccer when you see it. Thanks for the insight. How is BB doing? Hope the PT is working for him. Great kid!

Go, I heard there were quite a few FCD 98's on the FCD PA team. You indicated that may not be the case. Other than Andro and DTX, where did the players come from?

    Oh,yeah, Happy Father's Day!

there were, but not on the final roster. I know of 1 from the 98's that is an outstanding player. Don't know of any from the 99's. I am sure someone has a way better breakdown than me but it is andro heavy.

So is that a plug for ML? Afterall, each of the 4 Andro kids who tried out for FCD Pre-academy made it. 4 for 4, not bad at all. Now I'm interested to see where Hayden takes them.

That still only makes 5 players total, less than 1/3 of the roster. How is that impressive Question

Maybe their development is a combination of both ML and JB. I'm sure the latter had more time with them. The former can make improvements in a short period of time, if you're ready...

Well lets see, all of the kids that tried out from the 99 Andro made it, how many of the kids that came from the 99 FCD team made it?

I think andro has more kids on the team than FCD does

Fabi, so are you saying FCD 98 PA team is the favorite to dominate this age group? I thought Molina or Hayden will coach these boys instead of GG? From the Texan's camp, they are saying their team is solid from top to bottom. It's going to be an interesting upcoming season with the PA league.

Hayden is the coach. Texans might have the players but FC has the coach

Hayden is a better coach than Hassan? If you think he is, I would have to disagree with you. Don't get me wrong, I heard nothing but good things about Hayden but Hassan has the hardware and the professional players to back it up.

Is Hassan coaching the PA 98's? Interesting. Arrow

Ok you must have missed that garbage that was the AL team at the dallas cup. HN is the big boss and has glorious history of taking the other coaches teams to hardware glory.
