I agree with much of what Grinder has to say and believe that the new Andro has a great chance for success. Powers, Uremovich, Dir and yes Waters have a solid reputation behind them however U.S. Soccer took a long leap when they gave them the DA Academy based solely on their reputations. There was NOTHING in place but just a bunch of promises. They are still attempting to fill their teams as of 7-11. I wish them the best but they were given a gift.
