Looks like they have teams listed in groups, 1-10 being D-1, 10-20 are D-2, and then 20 -30 D-3. Based on who moved out and who moved in, I think all teams in all divisions will be competitive this season, with a few exceptions. The Solar Blue team that took the folded Solar Red spot in D-2, will struggle. There are very good teams in D-2 that could not crack the top 10 last season. And the Texans White team that jumped from D-3 to
D-1 (yikes) on the Bandits bye will surely have a very long season. They finished middle of the pack in The D-2 league last year. Maybe they picked up some players, but all the top '00 players are stacked up on the OTHER 3 Texan teams in D-1. However, Texans could have 3 of the top 4 finishers in D-1 this season. Wow.
Watch out for Odyssey creeping up in D-2. They have a ton of new, quality players. D-1 is a no brainer, with either gall or Craft coming out on top, followed by Craft or Gall,

. D-3 is a toss up, as I don't have a lot of knowledge about many of those teams. Maybe someone else would like to chime in on D-3.
Can't wait to put theses dog days of summer behind us and get on with some games. If we survive until then.
