Utterly and completely useless. If you actually did any research online, the reputable sources (non-marketing related, medical sources) would have told you this very clearly.
Oxygen enters the bloodstream through the lungs. Best you'll get form oxygen being released in your stomach or gastrointestinal tract is some potential relief from constipation and even that is debatable.
The only sources I was able to locate online that said otherwise very clearly had a marketing aspect to them.
Does FC Dallas give Oxygen Pills to their academy players? No clue, though I would be surprised if they did. Do they have their athletes on dietary supplements? Would be very surprised if they didn't.

Don't know but it looks like kickit discovered how to make gas out of a pill. Maybe he can reverse engineer it or something.

I did. It is a suppository that comes out the other end as minty fresh breath.
