Any scores from today's D3 games ?

Most D3 scores are mosted. I am shocked by the TFC / Barca game. I pegged TFC to go generally undefeated throughout the year. Any scoop on the game? Did Barca improve that much over the summer?

Can't speak to Barca question since I'm not familiar with them...but we looked like crap today. Sat 1 starter through the entire first half to get the point across about the importance of coming to practice which made a huge difference in our offensive attack...all in all, we just never got our rhythm. We have several new players but we can't even use the excuse that we haven't gel'd yet as a team...we looked great in Little Rock last week. But...that doesn't count! It didn't even look like our team on the field today...Very disappointing start to a very long-awaited first game in Classic...

I was thinking the same thing. Except Amarillo Lightning is the team most likely to go undefeated. But D3 is stacked with the likes of Millennium, TFC, Alliance, etc.

I was shocked about TFC myself. They got us in the President's Cup so we are definitely looking forward to our rematch with them

Although, I am a little worried that our first game won't be until after Labor Day. We did the Summer Classic tournament as a tune up thinking we'd be playing the week after in Classic. Now, it will be 3 weeks without any game time while the competition will have had 2 weeks of games under the belt... darn. It will be an interesting.

Is there a way to get the archive of last years scores from the Classic web site? Yep, I'm doing some fishing...

My son's and his friends who are mostly all D1 players played the Barca team in an indoor tournament at the RISE. They beat us soundly and I was very impressed with their size and speed for indoor. Not too surprised to see them do well outdoor based on how they did against us. I can see them struggling to play the D1 teams week in and out but based on the way the played, they look more like a D2 team than a D3 one.
