Just wondering how other coaches handle conflicts between multiple teams? Does the oldest team always win out, trade off on what team has a sub coach or what?

Our coach usually gages on importance of the game or level of competition of each opposing team. Then goes from there.

Competitive level teams of different ages but all pay the same nonetheless. All are competing for top league results (like everyone else but are contenders). Sorry, Omega, not giving names!

Neither one! So, give me your thoughts on coaching conflicts. I know most coaches have multiple teams ..... Your thoughts on how the conflicts are handled among the coaches?
