I thought the fall season was very good in North Texas. Just wondering who is the best 03 team. Any thoughts?

best 03 team?

yeah...it is irrelevant at this age and the best team is different from week to week depending on which boys are brought to the game. very few teams have a set roster and most of the "top" teams have guest players on them from week to week.

It would be hard to argue against your pick, but I think some of the other teams are getting closer and moving in on Odyssey. Will be interesting to see how they do when moving to 11 v. 11 as I know they have a number of 04s that can't go select with them.

I agree that it will be very interesting to see. I'm excited for the boys on that team and I think they will do fine. By the way, my son is on the team.
I assumed your son played with them and they are a very good team. They pass the ball well and are very skilled. Like most teams, it may be hard to find 11 very good players, especially those teams that have 04 in their starting line ups. I think Odyssey has one or two 04s that start on the 03's. But, I am sure they will continue to be a good team.
I would pick either Solar Castro or Odyssey as the top team right now.

I agree with u Odie1993. Any given sunday any of the top teams can be beat. Look at SDL and primetime. Some of the top teams where either beaten by other top teams or some beaten by teams by non top teams.
Things are still in the process and will be moved around by select. I doubt that all teams will have the same roster now that they will when it is time to qualify for classic

I think just about anybody who is reasonably well-informed can take a look at things and make a short list. Match up teams on that list and its a lot of coin-flips.
I look back at the last year of player/coaches coming/goings throughout and its impossible to be too worried about what anything will look like in 18 months. I'm a little more concerned with how well one individual player is doing.
(that one player is, of course, Luis Suarez. BB will probably be at grandmaster status and playing nothing but chess by U11)
