What teams plan to be there: Have heard FCD Premiere (Snell) and (Goncalves) will be there. Who else?

What about TFC, LP Fagen, Gerrard, Solar Dynamo, Crushers, Blue, Odyssey?

Good luck in the Texans Tourney. Would be great to see you guys go up against Houstonians for the finals. Two great teams.

TFC are not doing this one. They will be doing the Blue Cup in early December.

This will be a tough tournament for the top teams. Almost all the tops teams, with the exception of DTS, are in it. I predict Dynamo, FCD Goncalves, LP Fagen and Crushers to make it to the semifinals and FCD Goncalves to win the tournament.

Would have liked to see TFC and Odyssey play this one as well, but understand there are a lot of tourneys out there and kids do actually need a break from time to time.

It looks like Solar Blue is in the Silver Division. Is that right? I think they would have a chance to win the Gold Division as I see them about the same as Dynamo.

TFC Blue Cup coming up Dec. 9-11. Hope to see some of the same teams there. Have not heard boo about who is going to be there yet. First time us U10 teams have been able to participate in it, so it should be interesting.

From having seen both Solar Blue and Dynamo play I would agree and think they are equally both good teams. Just wondering why Blue was in the Silver Division this weekend.

Where did Solar Moreno play in the Fall?

solar blue should be in gold group and solar moreno should be in silver having seen both these teams playing. A BIG gap between the two

you are right and each team is free to play where they want. Just seems that Solar Blue is a very competitive top team and would have a chance of winning the Gold Bracket. They should blow through the Silver Bracket undefeated.

Solar blue id a good team. And it was a good match. I think we played them well 3 nil. We had chances and really didn't play that well in the second half. Two of the goals were huge mental mistakes by our defense but a good group of guys and enjoyed the game, didn't enjoy the result but we will be around next time.
I still have a thing against referees in certain games but, I'll save my comments as I am start my serenity now prayer. The weather was excellent this weekend so overall I give this tourney an a plus.

FC Premier goal keeper is a "beast" in the box. :~)

I have enjoyed the sportsmanship by all the players and conduct of the parents,hopefully it continues the same for today

DT Gall's dad having to protect his kids from Atlas' parents.
Atlas' coach quitting with his team, 5 minutes before stoppage time.
Even though DT Gall had a few kids showboating after scoring (10-11 year olds) there's no reason for Atlas' dirty fouls or Atlas' parents verbally harrassing thevkids from the sidelines, or trying to attack the ref or kids.

Solar Blue did lose 3-1 to FC Dallas Toros in silver final. Good but physical game. It looked like both teams had a few (2 or 3 for each team) players from their "A" squads play but FC Dallas Toros were just stronger on that day. Both teams have some good players.

Crushers looked real good in the gold division. Beat some good teams along the way. Did Crushers add some new players? Were they playing just this weekend or are they full time additions?

The Solar Blue team played well all weekend and ran through the Silver Division. The finals game was tough but as you said, both teams had a few from the Dynamo and Premiere Teams. Overall, a very good showing for both Blue and Toros.

Saw a few FCD Premiere games and really like the way they play. Move the ball well, very fast and agressive and have some great individual players in their wings ( very skilled kid on left side and speed on the right) and center mids. Surely a team to challenge for top spot in the future.

Saw some Crushers games and it looked like they added the forward from Odyssey to their roster. He was playing up front for Crushers and saw him score in the semi-finals against Goncalves Premiere. Good player and very fast. Crushers are getting better and better but still play a little bit of kick and run up to the forwards. It will be interesting to see them play over the Spring and Summer.

Fagen had an off weekend looking at the scores and not sure what happened there.

After reading the topic with the Texans tourney I'm glad we participated in the Mckinney tourney!

The Blue team performed very well with Toros but speed,ball handling and strategy is what won the game in the end,a big congrats to the Toros boys,super GK too Blue had one player from Dynamo as a sub but the rest was all Blue players

Late into the SDL schedule I know a couple players jumped from FCD Premier's roster to the Solar Crushers roster,I did not get to see them play over the weekend but I'm sure they we're much more happier under Stricker's coaching.

I was expecting a better result from Fagen's squad but it is what it is, he'll have to regroup and move forward,we'll see better from him I'm sure.
