Doesn't seem to be. I just know my BB's team has played with this group several times, and it's always well run. Our coach loves it as a developmental opportunity with no impact to points/standings.

No, it's not NTX sanctioned but more like a weekend of round robin games. In the past, they have been well run so I would expect that for this one too.
