You sure feel the need to respond to things that have nothing to do with you. For it not bothering you it sure does bother you.

Silly me to think I could respond in a soccer forum about soccer issues. Silly me to think in a public open forum I can choose what and when I respond.

Why would any parents care (or be proud or not proud) what I respond to? I surely don't care what they respond to nor do I concern myself what other people respond to. You sure do stress out over what people other than yourself respond to. I think we both know who needs help or at least who needs a prescription filled. This forum is filled with disagreements, complaints, differences of opinion. Do you police every thread or just this one? Do you feel the need to dictate when and who people post to in other threads?

And the award for most promising up and coming age group goes to ... (drum roll) ... the 03s!!!

As the proud parent of a 97 and a long time observer of these boards I must say this dialogue has been very impressive!

Keep it up 03s - the 97s are WAY too boring nowadays. I miss the days of U-9 soccer when every tournament goal - it wasn't a goal - yes it was - no it wasn't - yes it was - no it wasn't - yes it was - no it wasn't - here's the video - yes it was - no it wasn't - yes it was - did you watch the video? - no it wasn't - yes it was - no it wasn't - was this important!

NO IT WASN'T!!! I saw this game from my couch and ESPN Ocho clearly showed, on the replay, that the ball did not fully cross the line.

Was a great time in McKinney at the PTS tournament. I was pleased with the kids play as well as the competition. North Texas Soccer is better off having several competitive teams in the mix.

DSC was fantastic as was Solar-Castro, FCD Premier, and Odyssey. Was a treat to see these kids compete.

Congratulations to DSC. They played Solar-Castro at 8AM on Sunday and lost in bracket play. They played well against Odyssey in the semis and won in a PK shoot out following the end of regulation. If that wasn't enough drama, they went to a PK shoot out in the Championship game against Solar-Castro and won avenging the earlier loss. Says a lot about the character and competitive spirit of those Kids. Fantastic.

Outstanding play and high drama. You just don't get that in your run of the mill league play and/or tournament. I enjoyed the competition tremendoulsy and look forward to future contests.

This is all too funny...thanks for making me laugh today.
