    DTS Scott and Scott United

Post  madisonmyers on Sat Dec 10, 2011 10:57 pm

Is there or what is the difference between DTS Scott and DTS Scott United? Are the completely separate teams?

DT Scott & Scott United are one in the same. They share players just like FC Dallas & Solar.

Actually that information is not really correct...

What part is not really correct?
About Solar and FCD sharing players? Or DT Scott and Scoth United being the same team?
I have seen DT Scott's players playing for Scott United, but the FCD and Solar swap I haven't seen.

Since I am not a parent for Solar or FCD, I will not make a comment regarding their program. I would hate to put out information that was incorrect because I didn't have knowledge of how they structured their teams. In regards to the DT Scott/United they are not the same team. Yes they share the same coach, however, rosters rarely change, team names can.

I am no longer with Scott (only due to my location)but can definitly attest when we played with him his two Teams trained together but stayed very constant with their own players.

So you're saying that Soccerdad79 doesn't know what he's talking about when he commented that DT Scott and Scott United plays some of the same players?
Too bad I can't show you a photo of my BB playing against a certain player on Scott United and then a few days later against that same certain player playing for DT Scott.
    But, I could be wrong.
Funny thing is, these 2 totally different kids have parents that also look just alike.
And "both" parents know me. Heck, MOM actually watches some of our games while BB is playing on another field.
Maybe I need to change my meds.

Wow.. Didnt want to upset you or make you change your med habit. I was explaining (from a parent who actually has a player in the program) how its structured. If you would like to come out to the practices and participate in the program, you would also then understand how its ran. If you still have questions please refer to your old photos of U10 kids playing in games or just ask the question "how does the DT Scott/United run their program?"... Oh wait, that question has been asked and answered...

Maybe YOUR BB wasn't on both teams, but.....
And why would I want to come to the practices when we can see the same kid/kids during EAL/SDL?
As far as photos go,that certain kid shows up on my photos ONLY when he's moving the ball against MY BB. I'm not taking any pics of no one else's child unless it's an action shot aimed at my BB burning them or one of my BB's mates burning them and those pics go straight to the parents. (That's a LOT of photos! LOL!!!).

Ok, what was the original question.. Oh ya, are DT Scott/United the same team??? That was answered by two different parents who are either still in the program or who have left.. Its ok to let go of your anger or of photos of kids.. Just move on, the question was answered..Oh by the way, Dallas Texans Scott or United (seperate teams) did not play in EAL.. Dont remember seeing those two names posted on the the EAL schedule..

GEEE !!! If you think you know all the answers why do you even ask the question since you (who does not attend the practices) knows everything. Why is this such a major concern of yours or maybe you are just hunting the mom down?? lol!
