I've seen TFC Angell, DT South, FCD Suarez, OC Wizards, and Solar Dynamo play. All very good teams and certainly some of the best 01 teams in the area right now. Can't really make a judgment on who is the best b/c no one team is consistently beating everyone.
Classic is still over a year away and teams are constantly getting better.

Texans South and Texans Densk both are pretty good. Solar Red is strong (scuttlebutt is Solar Partain has some issues right now). Haven't seen Andromeda Red play lately, but my recollection is that they had a lot of room for improvement last season.

Seems like a parent is getting a little too carried away with the "success" of thier BB's team over the weekend. This is alot of attention for an SPSC club that went 2wins, 2 losses with 6 GF and 6 GA in a small tournament.
I hear in game 2, they scored a goal in the final minute to defeat the FCD Gomez team 1-0. If they don't score that goal, they don't win the bracket (or even qualify as a wildcard team), there are no silly congratulatory messages on posted on this board, and nobody is talking about them today.

With my 01 bb having played on a couple of the top teams and against all the others, I think I've seen most of them play recently. Here's my list going into the spring season...

They're too well coached to stay down long. I'm guessing they're one or two players from where they were last spring so I'll be really surprised if they don't start climbing back up into the thick of things. Doesn't mean they'll be a top team, just moving in the right direction.

They're a really good team that plays an attractive game... but I wouldn't hold my breath on pulling away from anyone at the top. The other top teams are also generally attracting additional talent as kids (or more likely parents) position for the qualifying tourneys this summer and the clubs finish up their consolidations at the top. Gonna be a fun spring!
