I agree.. I believe Dallas Cup will soon be history! It is very sad to see such a prestige tournament steadily going down.. The Texans seem to be the club of choice to hate, from Classic League qualifications to the Dallas cup... whatever.
But the interesting thing I see here with the Dallas Cup is the Nike involvement. When the Nike machine gets ahold of something, watch out. We could start to see the likes of ManU, Barcelona, Inter & Boca Jrs. in the super group mix. Nike also owns Umbro.
Do not be surprised if you find yourself complaining about the Texans as you buy your Nike Dallas Cup shirt....
Now back to the Olympics...

You couldn't be more wrong. With Nike as sponsor, this tournament will get even bigger. If people thought this year's Super Group was good, wait until next year's announcement.
