FCD hater....just kidding. Who's hating on FCD and who said they weren't going to make D1. I don't think they were ever worried. As for Crawford, he's not a bad coach. I think the team of boys have been together for quite some time. It will be interesting to see if they stay this way come signing time.

Did you ever consider that CC has maybe caught a few lucky breaks, that they aren't catching now. They are the only team in the top ten with more goals against than for. Fwfc is also tettering on this same fine line.

Seriously, what an ignorant comment. Have you ever considered the possibility that YOU are the one that doens't know anything? You've obviously proven that with some of your picks.

Axxman you are the IDIOT.....I never siad anything bad or otherwise out of line. CC beat some good teams this year and have just fallen apart. As for the Solar comment which I think you are referring ,you must either be Crawford or up his *** . They have a ton of good kids and have scored 9 goals all year 9 goals...With that talent they should do better.Next time you comment on something put your drink down and READ the whole staetment.

You might want to check the stats. GA means goals against. GF means goals for.
Next time you comment put down the Boone's and UNDERSTAND the standings abbreviations.

Club, sometimes you make sense, sometimes you just don't know what you're talking about. This time was one of the latter (GA vs GF). Still, your point is taken. Solar should be doing better. Maybe the shuffle lotto will help them where it's needed most, which is obvious.

I was ok with the idiot comment, but calling me a Democrat is low low. I'm not Crawford and certainly not up his keister. For what it's worth I think he's a good coach and he does have talent, but nobody that can consistently find the net, it happens. You seem to make calls based on wins/losses and stats which is ok for the short term, but not the big picture. I was never on the CC bandwagon but was impressed with what Wilco pulled off on occasion given the talent he started with, but again, long term, not so good.
Now I suggest you pick up a drink and relax, there's always next year for you and your picks...........

If your implying democrats ?? Lets start with the first lady and her 22 + aides. And the fact that some of the prominent democrats are simply walking away or stepping down. That in itself says alot.

Or the fact that they won the states with the highest education standards. Or two high profile spearheads of the conservative movement both failed to even graduate college. Beck and fatboy lim. After bush and even the last election going the intelligence route is no a good idea. Obama won on a voter with a younger than average age but higher than average level of education.

That hasn't made a dime yet . So why would he/she care . Wait till their 40, with 2-3 kids, or a business,, working their butts off to give 40% of it away. So we can all help the little,, ER ,, lazy guy. Lets see them beat their chests then. Obviously they didn't major in economics or socialism. Uh hhmmmmm. I have lots of dimes. Over 40, have 3 kids and one pup named Messi, own my own business, work my butt off...and am a Democrat! Received a Fulbright Scholarship to study abroad in France, and was pretty impressed with their socialized health care. Re: 99 The way I see it....
actually this country has always been a mix of capitalism and socialism. The top rate is still around 33% and their parents put the guy in who collapsed the whole thing so can't really pound a chest on economics either. I am all for pure capitalism, but with it goes medicare, social security, business tax cuts, unemployment benefits, our public education system, public libraries and a host of other things. The Idea that American is based completely on capitalism is a myth. Our version has always been on a sliding scale that has moved in one direction or the other based on need. Don't even get me started on all the socialist programs that brought us out of the great depression.

Re: 99 The way I see it....
lol I'm not over 40 but I am well educated in our socialistic state college education system and a good enough researcher to tell the difference between the rhetoric that we hear and the truth. There isn't much difference between either party and really the major obama fault is that there has really been no change. Things have really been business as usual and no change at all. Taxes haven't gone up, guns haven't been taken, the socialist haven't got us all. Just tons of fear and blame to go around.

Sure they have a great health care system . They have tons of money left over from their defense spending. And why do they not need a great defense??? Cause we take care of that for them. And If you received a scholarship,, Great. But don't think for 1 second that someone else didn't pay for it . some way some how . Nothings FREE. EVER!!!
At a time when our president and other politicians tend to apologize for our country's prior actions, here's a refresher on how some of our former patriots handled negative comments about our country.
These are good...
JFK'S Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60's when DeGaule decided to pull out of NATO. DeGaule said he wanted all US military out of France as soon as possible.
Rusk responded, "Does that include those who are buried here?"
DeGuale did not respond.
You could have heard a pin drop.
When in England , at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of 'empire building' by George Bush.
He answered by saying, "Over the years, the United States has sent many of its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return."
You could have heard a pin drop.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break, one of the French engineers came back into the room saying, "Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intend to do, bomb them?"
A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: "Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?"
You could have heard a pin drop.
A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S., English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies at a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, "Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?"
Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, "Maybe it's because the Brits, Canadians, Aussies and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German."
AND THIS STORY FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE ABOVE...
Robert Whiting, an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry on.
"You have been to France before, monsieur?" the customs officer asked sarcastically.
Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously.
"Then you should know enough to have your passport ready." The American said, "The last time I was here, I didn't have to show it."
"Impossible. Americans always have to show their passports on arrival in France !"
The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look. Then he quietly explained, "Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn't find a single Frenchmen to show a passport to."
That hasn't made a dime yet . So why would he/she care . Wait till their 40, with 2-3 kids, or a business,, working their butts off to give 40% of it away. So we can all help the little,, ER ,, lazy guy. Lets see them beat their chests then. Obviously they didn't major in economics or socialism. Cuzz they got the guy thats leading us from one right into the other.
Sure they have a great health care system . They have tons of money left over from their defense spending. And why do they not need a great defense??? Cause we take care of that for them. And If you received a scholarship,, Great. But don't think for 1 second that someone else didn't pay for it . some way some how . Nothings FREE. EVER!!!
Try oct, I'm an extends kinda guy.
And I'm not discrediting the hard work it took for you to earn your scholarship. My only point is when something is givinor received something else has to be taken. Whether it's more for admission into a college game, higher tuition, or mabey it was an endowment that some rich guy put up then wrote off his taxes as a donation. The points is the scholarship you earned/ received cost someone down the line.
As far as Taxes . Never said I shouldn't pay them . Just dissagree with how that money is spent.
as of right now it's being spent exactly as it was before, wastfully. Obama hasn't changed that and no single man can. This is not a monarchy it is a democracy. At least one of those great people you listed also voted for Obama. As soon as you fall into the trap that one side is always wrong and the other is always right and that one man is the ultimate evil and the harbinger of the downfall of a nation then you lose your own way and so does this great nation. America is bigger than democrats, republicans, obam and glen becks ego.
Education level and intelligence are as entwined as the law and morality.
Which is controlled by big business. I have a degree in Economics. Our political system is a mix of many types, but ultimately an Oligopoly, where the whole is controlled by an industrial few. The Presidency is just a populist figurehead. I have lived and traveled many parts of the world and LOVE this country, the people, and all its flaws.
Thanks for the resume. I'm sure you as a business owner won't mind then, paying higher taxes so that the lazy ass next door that doesn't want to work can have free health care. Afterall, the French pay much higher taxes to subsidize a health care system (and only 70% is free by the way, private insurance pays the rest) that only had a 10 billion deficit last year with growing costs. Get rid of sue happy lawyers and democrats and we'll be just fine (I guess that was a redundant statement).
What higher taxes? I keep hearing this and I am still wonder what higher taxes you are talking about? FYI you pay for the lazy asses healthcare anyway. Hospitals here cannot refuse to treat someone because they cannot pay. They go to the emergency room and are treated, there cost is passed on to everyone who does pay. This is why you pay $20 for the asprin etc. That's one of the problems, it is just cheaper to treat them before it becomes a major problem. We could always say "if you can't pay upfront the just go somewhere and die" This would also solve our healthcare problem. Coincidentally something very similar to this is occuring in China, a communist country. Many of the new modern hospitals are for profit hospitals and if you cannot pay upfront then you are not treated. So I will take a list of those higher taxes you are talking about, because I can't find them.
