Only gifted players? Players that need development need not apply? Heaven forbid you actually have to develop a player from the ground up right?

However, with that change made, maybe your definition of gifted and mine differ somehow. As I see it, at 9/10 years old even the MOST gifted player still needs a great deal of development.

Just giving you a hard time BT, just blowing off some steam after another cancelled tournament.
Lets not fool ourselves though, every team looks for gifted players (your definition or my), we just don't come out and say it!
